Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern all digital marketing and web development services provided by Imam Hasan Tahim ("I", "me") to clients ("you"). By engaging my services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

I offer the following services, as scoped per individual engagement:

  • Facebook & Meta Ads management
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) management
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Social media marketing and content
  • Custom website development
  • Shopify store builds and optimisation
  • Landing page and funnel development
  • Marketing funnel audits

The specific deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or scope document agreed before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

  • Retainer services (ads management, social media) are billed monthly in advance, due before the first day of each month.
  • Project services (websites, landing pages) require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.
  • One-time services (audits) are paid in full before delivery.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, bank transfer (BDT), Wise (USD/international).
  • Late payments beyond 7 days may result in work being paused until balance is settled.

4. Retainer Cancellation

Monthly retainers are month-to-month with no lock-in contract. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice (WhatsApp or email). Work continues normally during the notice period, which covers the final billing month already paid.

5. Ad Spend

For paid advertising services, the advertising budget (money spent directly on Meta, Google, etc.) is separate from my management fee. You are responsible for topping up ad accounts directly. I do not hold client ad budgets.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver results, I need from you:

  • Timely feedback on creative, copy, and strategy (within 48 hours of submission)
  • Access to relevant accounts (ad accounts, website, analytics) within 48 hours of engagement start
  • Accurate business information for ads and content
  • Compliance with platform advertising policies (you bear responsibility for your product/service claims)

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables (websites, ad creatives, copy) become your property. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

8. Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside my control, including market conditions, ad platform algorithm changes, your product/service quality, and budget. While I have a strong track record (see my portfolio), I do not guarantee specific ROAS, lead volumes, or ranking positions. I guarantee professional execution, transparency, and best-effort optimisation.

9. Confidentiality

I treat all client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties. Case studies shared publicly use only information you've approved or that is already public.

10. Limitation of Liability

My liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the fees paid for the specific month or project in question. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.

12. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email or WhatsApp.
